MATCHA PANCAKES

Makes: 4 pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½  cup milk or any dairy-free milk (we recommend light coconut milk or almond milk)
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs Pantenger Matcha
  • ½ cup flour
  • salt

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, but do not overwork the batter.
  2. Heat an iron skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Brush with vegetable oil or butter.
  4. Pour ¼ cup for each pancake.
  5. Brown on both sides and serve hot with the toppings of your choice.
