Ingredients
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cup milk or any dairy-free milk (we recommend light coconut milk or almond milk)
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs Pantenger Matcha
- ½ cup flour
- salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, but do not overwork the batter.
- Heat an iron skillet over medium high heat.
- Brush with vegetable oil or butter.
- Pour ¼ cup for each pancake.
