Pantenger Carrot and Ginger herbal blend is an aromatic and pungent blend of carrot, ginger, galangal, turmeric, liquorice root, chicory root, beetroot and black pepper.

The right amount of tea is 1 teaspoon (2 to 3 grams) / 6 Fl. Oz. of water (200°F – 212°F).
Brew for 4 to 6 minutes
TIP: Volatile oils are the most active plant constituents. Use a teapot with a lead or cover your cup with a saucer during infusion to avoid volatile oils dispersing into the air.
